It Ends with Us is a romance novel by Colleen Hoover, published by Atria Books on August 2, 2016. Reading this book can change your way of thinking or even your life in many ways. This book is based on a true story, so you can feel each scene and understand it. Also the way that it is written is very specific and every single detail is being explained, so you can imagine the entire thing in your head.

The general story is about a teenage girl who grows up in a family, where she struggles with many things. The first part of the book explains how her life looked like with her father while he used to hurt her and her mom regularly. Then more characters come to the story, such as a boy that she meets near her house and discusses the things that she went through with him, and how it affected her future life. As it continues, you can read about her adulthood life and how she met a person who had the same personality as her father, and she explained what her life looked like after meeting him, explaining the idea that she wanted to stop the experience that she started having since she was a child.

In my point of view, the end of this book can seems sad to some people and happy to the others depending on their understanding and thoughts about the story. In addition, there is a-lot to learn from this book and generally it encourages readers to consider the cycle of abuse and unhealthy patterns in their own lives, and relationships that inspires them to take action to end those cycles. All in all, I really enjoyed reading this book and I started reading the second book named” It Starts With Us" and I recommend reading this book to any fan of romance novels, because it is one of the best ones out there.
